The Loaf House started the way most good things do — in a backyard, with a bag of flour and a lot of time on our hands.
We're a small, home-based bakery in Los Angeles. We believe bread should be real: made by hand, fermented properly, and baked with intention. Nothing industrial. Nothing rushed.
